• At least a Diploma in IT or Computer related studies.
• Familiar with Windows OS environment .
• Min 1 yr and above experience in IT support in troubleshooting, installing or migrating Windows OS (2000, XP), Lotus Notes / outlook, Internet explorer, MS office.
• Basic LAN, WAN knowledge.
• Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated and hardworking with positive attitude.

What would you be doing?

• Product & software sales (solutions for SME markets);
• Cold call to solicit new customers;
• Canvassing of new sales and expanding customer database;

• Experience in IT sales for couple of years with diploma/degree
• Should be competent and ready to perform right away with minimal supervision;
